Summary: "Log In" and "New Account" images in Spanish

Initial Comment:
When viewed in Spanish, gforge does not show the "Log
In" and "New Account" images on the top right screen.
We have resolved this by changing the images for its
text brothers, already in the database texts. This is
done in Layout.class
