Summary: Inconsístency between themes/index.php and db/gforge3.sql

Initial Comment:
In release 3.0, a user cannot choose a theme. The 
reason is that themes/index.php checks whether a 
field "enabled" of table "themes" is true. According 
to db/gforge3.sql, the table "themes" does not have a 
column "enabled", so the SQL query fails and no themes 
are displayed in the selection list.

You CVS repository still contains this inconsistency. 
The "enabled" stuff in themes/index.php was modified 2 
months ago, but gforge3.sql is 5 months old. 
Obviously, someone forgot to check in all of his 
changes.
