Initial Comment:

The wsdl says that the result of the hello service is a
helloResponse :

</message><message name="getSiteStatsResponse">


There results of testing are :

There is not any soapVal in the tns schema, it should
look like this "<soapVal xsi:type="xsd:string"></soapVal>"
