    merchandise in FOSDEM this year? If so, what about trying to

Yes.  We talked recently with FSF Europe about using their usual
provider to print GNU t-shirts and bring them to FOSDEM.

Now we need designs.  We will send a "call for designs" to
gnu-prog-discuss soon.
