[Ginger-dev-list] Changing mailing list to address@hidden

Hello everyone,

We've been having problems with yahoogroups forever. It requires an 
yahoo account,
which means another user/passwd to manage. We require a script to clean 
the HTML
yahoogroups left in the patches, otherwise it won't apply with git am.

Moving the discussions to address@hidden solves all those 
problems and
it has a better community appeal. I've included in this list all actives 
members from the
previous list, but let me know if I forgot someone.
