[Glibc-bsd-hackers] [PATCH] port gc6.3 to GNU/kFreeBSD

Hi!

I ported gc6.3 to GNU/kFreeBSD, here is a patch.

The system is composed of GNU userland (with Glibc) with the kernel of FreeBSD,
so for definitions that apply to userland I borrowed them from GNU/Linux, and
for definitions that apply to kernel, I borrowed them from FreeBSD.
