[glob2-devel] New YOG running and syncmap scripts made to work

The new YOG has now started on the main server :)
I also fixed the syncmap and syncdata scripts, as they wheren't allowed anonymously. I went into the server and changed the rsync configuration, adding modules for the new data folders and now they work like a charm. Its all good.
