[Glug-nith-discuss] Ubuntu Feisty Herd 3

Hi,

        I can't take Novell vs. FOSS controversy and finally decided to
shift           on to the good old Ubuntu.  

        I've downloaded Feisty Fawn Herd 3 and tried port beryl package
for feisty, but apt-get couldn't install the dependencies. Then I
changed the apt source list to feisty from edgy. When I did "apt-get
upgrade" it went for dist-upgrade. 

        I'm would like to know what will be the difference between Herd
3 and after dist-upgrade on Herd 3.
