[Glug-nith-discuss] Problems with FTP server.

It seems that for some unknown reason (read 'Cybernetra') FTP access
has been blocked in the hostels. This makes it difficult for people to
access ftp://glug-nith.org/ for getting stuff like ISOs. So I would
suggest we start serving them through HTTP itself. What do you think?

If you agree, what should be the URL for this, and what should be the
content we would be serving? Currently we have executables, isos,
media, repos and tarballs. I believe we can do away with repos
immediately, since the only repository that is being maintained is at
http://fedora.glug-nith.org/ making the older repos directory on the
FTP server redundant.
