[Gm2] cvs changelog

Hi,

here are the latest changelog entries for GNU Modula-2:

        * gm2/gm2-compiler/M2Quads.mod:BuildForToByDo allowed Z type by value.
        * gm2/gm2-compiler/M2Quads.mod:BuildPseudoBy converted by value if type
          is known.
        * fixes a bug reported by: James V. Cox example given in
          testsuite/gm2/pim/run/pass/EnumTest.mod
        * heavily tidied up the p2c source tree.

I've tidied up p2c and moved files not needed by GNU Modula-2 into
gm2/p2c/p2c-src/src/p2cdocs - thus anyone using cvs will need to `cvs
checkout GM2' rather than `cvs update'.  Those using gm2-harness-0.6
can just rebuild as before.
