[Gm2] Error setting thread signal mask in RAISE

Hi Gaius,

It's been a while.  I'm still using GM2 4.1.2, and it's been working fine.

I recently received the following error report from a user.  Whenever he attempts to run any of our programs compiled with GM2, he sees the following error (before the program has even started to try to do anything):

EXCEPTIONS.mod:57:3:Error setting thread signal mask in RAISE
Abandon (core dumped)

I think he's running CentOS 7.  All our programs are built with -fiso.  I'm not sure what other information might be helpful.  Any ideas?
