Automated generation of Makefile

I modified a old Modular-2 Makefile generator which I found here

    http://freepages.modula2.org/downloads/MakeMake.zip

following a hint on "https://www.modula2.org/freepages";. It now 
generates makefiles for XDS and GNU Modula-2.

May I ask you to have a look on the ZIP-file and give me your opinion if 
a derived work could be published under the GPL ?

If so, I would load my files on Savannah to put it into the public 
(after the necessary review) as it may be of interest to others as well. 
I use it for my project since quite some time and it does a good job - 
minimal manual adjustments even for quite huge projects.
