Check with 'ldd' which version of Ming libraries are in use.
If you have any .so.0.4.0-beta file wipe it out. 
(you must follow symlinks to find out the actual file being used).

tests under actionscript.all are generated by runnign '$(MAKESWF)', 
check it's value by running 'make dumpconfig' on toplevel build dir.
