An additional *important* note:

Currently Gnash configures only one pixel format (RGB24) for AGG when
using the GTK GUI, which is likely *not* the one your X server is
running in.

So, use the --with-pixelformat=all switch with ./configure to enable
all pixel formats. This will make the binary bigger, but MIT-SHM
should work at least.

Of course, you can also just take the pixel format the X server runs
in (but include RGB24 so that the fallback still works).

Rob, we'd need to change this again. Dunno what's the best way (if we
want to avoid "problems", all pixel formats should be included).
