LOL, that'll teach me to read _all_ my email in the morning before
replying to it. Yes, I replied to an earlier email indicating that
case-sensitivity is the issue here. Windows filesystems (NTFS, FAT) are
case-preserving but not case-sensitive.
I'll let you do the renaming of libbase/Time.h and updating all relevant
files, though. :-)
