[Gnash-commit] -ansi dropped

The way -ansi was dropped unfortunately was not correct, because it
ensured that the string "#-ansi" ended up in CXXFLAGS, effectively
commenting out the remainder of the flags:

CXXFLAGS="set-of-flags #-ansi set-of-ignored-flags"

So this should probably be changed. :)
