Please consider adding the XVideo setting in :

 - libbase/gnashrc.in and/or libbase/gnashpluginrc.in
   These get installed systemwide, so even if commented
   out they can serve as documentation

 - testsuite/libbase/gnashrc-local.in or testsuite/libbase/gnashrc.in
   These are input for the testsuite/libbase/TCXXRc.cpp testcase

 - doc/C/usermanual/gnashrc.xml
   This is the actual Gnash Manual section
