Which then generates massive warnings with autogen.sh on Fedora 10. I
think I'll just move the --enable-cgibins to the top level configure.ac.
Eventually this will be the default, as I'm moving the support for the
Red5 echo tests to a separate executable "cgi-bin", and using a network
connection to transfer data to the child process.
