This commit removes VM::get from as_value and a couple of other places.
Now only URLAccessManager, some tests, some gui functions,
FreetypeGlyphsProvider, and global initialization / cleanup functions
use it.

Most of these are easy to remove, so that we can use a non-singleton VM,
but the GC will still be a problem for using several instances of the VM
at the same time.

I've tested it with extensions, cygnal, and merged it to objecturi, but
there may be some missing includes or similar build errors in some
configurations.
