The last change to the swfdec test cases was several years ago. I
think we should import the tests into Gnash. I looked at doing this and
preserving the history, but I don't see a way around just copying the
files we want and loosing the history.
Right now fetch-swfdec fetches all of swfdec, not just the tests.
Swfdec is a dead project, so including the tests in Gnash is better for
long-term support.
