The Display class is used only when a screenshot is requested to ensure
that a particular frame is drawn. That particular change ensures that
the entire buffer is re-rendered, in case the previous frames were not
rendered, or not fully rendered. This could happen if dump-gnash
requests only a screenshot only of the last scene of a SWF, for
instance.

It would slow things down if screenshots are requested for all frames,
but that isn't a typical use case.
