Massimo, please run as root:
# echo "/usr/local /tmp/usr-local tmpfs ~buildbot"
>>/etc/security/namespace.conf
# echo "session required pam_namespace.so" >>/etc/pam.d/common-session

Then restart buildbot service.
This makes buildbot user ignore /usr/local dir contents and build will find
system libs only.
