There are no segfaults cause fedora doesn't include ffmpeg at all.

ming, haxe, swfmill and mtasc are not packaged in fedora either but
tests in general would be useful so I've taken them from respective
upstreams.
Another exception has been so far the gst plugin for mp3 taken from
unofficial repos to fix:

ERROR: tic_tac2-TestRunner: Missing plugin, but plugin installing not
supported. Will try anyway, but expect failure.
ERROR: tic_tac2-TestRunner: Could not start event sound:
MediaHandlerGst::createAudioDecoder: Couldn't find a plugin for audio
type audio/mpeg! -- MediaHandler::createFlashAudioDecoder: no available
flash decoders for codec 2 (MP3)
