Follow-up Comment #5, bug #34606 (project gnash):

Ouch, that's indeed not that useful.
Maybe you can try with valgrind ?
Replace "gdb --args" with "valgrind" (and you need to have valgrind
installed).
Valgrind report will be written on stderr, so you'll need to redirect that to
a file:

./gnash-debug-5-valgrind.sh 2> valgrind-report.txt
