Follow-up Comment #30, bug #45722 (project gnash):

The attached `pcmplay-11k.zip` contains more resampler test files, including
sounds and build scripts, using 11025 Hz sample rate, in all combination
of `UNCOMPRESSED`/`RAW` (little-endian) format, 16-bit/8-bit depth,
mono and stereo.
