I tested the rpm on a fedora core 5, they worked well. With yelp, gnash 
isn't referenced. I think I found the reason why. Indeed it seems that
the Multimedia category doesn't exist, it is "Sound and Video". When I change
that in the omf file, it shows in yelp in applications->multimedia.

The line should be (at least on fedora core 5):
    <subject category="GNOME|Applications|Sound and Video"/>
