[Gnash-dev] question about sumit patches

When I submitting patches, why there are only  two choices( 'unknow' and 'none' )  within the ' Category' item?

 

While submitting bugs, the ' Category' contains much more clearer categories.

So, could the maintainer of this site do sth. to improve the pages?
