This is a known one. I didn't fix because I don't have fltk here.
The problem is that menu_quit and friends became non-static methods
so you need an object to call them.
The standard mem_fun and bind1st utilities should work, try
something like:
Gui* gui = <whatever it is>;
bind1st(mem_fun(Gui::menu_quit), gui)
