Hey there, It was mentioned as part of the meeting in CO that Gnash is inherently more secure than other Flash players. What causes the other player to be insecure, and/or why is Gnash more secure? What kind of attacks could be performed with other Flash players (for example, could a malicious piece of code cause an outside party to gain privileges on a user's system? could it be used to run arbitrary code?) Thanks! |
