[Gnash-dev] Buffering NetStreamFfmpeg patch for test

The current patched (attached):

- Implements the concept of a "buffer" (meaning the encoded frames buffer, file 
based for us)
- Handles sending bufferFull/bufferEmpty events correctly (AFAICS)
- Is still non-threaded 
- Is still w/out sound
- Still only supports FLV
