It should not be enabled, as it's just not implemented in master.
Not sure it's possible to workaround the bug, maybe try --disable-libva
but can't really tell w/out looking at the code, and I dont have the
library myself to reproduce your issue (hint: try removin the system
library if you have it).
Btw, did you run ./autogen.sh ?
