>Description:
After submitting a bug report to the gnats queue, a confirmation
is returned by email to both the sender and responsible. The
PR is filed in the correct directory, but the index file in
gnats-adm has the wrong number of fields, separated by a ':'
rather than a '|'.
Querying / accessing the PR is then impossible until the index
entry is fixed.

I suspect that there is a problem with queue-pr or file-pr or
I have made a mistake somewhere. Any advice would be appreciated.
