SunOS 5.6 Generic_105181-21 sun4u sparc SUNW,Ultra-4
>Description:
After installing Gnats-3.113 I noticed that
queue-pr could not find `basename' because configure did
not define NEED_basename when compiling libiberty.a
and queue-pr is not linked with the system's own `basename'.

The error message looked like this:
ld.so.1: /u/gnats/gnats-bin/queue-pr: fatal: relocation error: symbol not
found: basename: referenced in /u/gnats/gnats-bin/queue-pr
>How-To-Repeat:
Install Gntas on Solaris 2.6.
>Fix:
Uncomment basename in libiberty/basename.c or add the
correct library to the link command in gnats/Makefile.
