The docs for Gnats 4 should advice people in timezones missing from getdate.y
to set their server to a differently named timezone with the same offset as the
one they are in. Chances are that some timezone present in getdate.y will
match. An example is IST (Israel Standard Time), which could (seemingly) be
aliased with EET.
