This occurred to me after sending that suggestion, but if you do 
ultimately decide to use Zenodo (or any service other than Savannah), it 
would be good to do a little research about their webpage 
infra-structure. Since GNU is very specific (with good reason) about 
what kinds of services it can recommend and link to.

I just had a fast check and it appears that with Javascript disabled, 
you can still access Zenodo and download files from there. But more 
thorough tests might be needed.

So after making the decision, it might not hurt to bring up the issue in 
gnu-prog-discuss mailing list and see what the more experienced people 
there have to say.

Examples are indeed a very useful measure in helping people learn how to 
use a new tool. I have no experience in neural networks, but like many 
other fields, they are also used more and more commonly in Astronomy (my 
field), so I am eager to learn and am looking forward to your completed 
documentation and examples to play with Gneural Network.
