[gNewSense-art] ArtworkTeam wiki pages

Hello everyone.

I created some pages in the wiki for the team.

Now the page used to propose themes for gNewSense can be accessed through
the page for artwork projects:

Also, I separated the ideas for posters and fliers from the theme proposals; now
they are in a different project that can be accessed through the page linked above.
