I think it's very clean; easy to scan.

Each team is going to link to more information, right? I was thinking of
each team having its own PmWiki group. That way they could have
something like:

ATeam/HomePage (More info about the team and its organization)
ATeam/StyleGuide (Very useful for coding, writing, translation, ...)
ATeam/Projects (The projects, related to this team, that were in the old
Projects page)
ATeam/Library (Learning resources for common activities of this team)
...

Just an idea :)
