ndiswrapper is useful only for running a narrow class of non-free
programs.  (I am told there is one free program that can run on
ndiswrapper, but it isn't useful to run it that way, so it doesn't
count.)

That being so, including ndiswrapper has the effect of conveying the
message, "Running those non-free programs is ok."

Therefore I think it should be taken out.
