Have you poked the projects about this? it would be nice if all projects could offer the doco in both formats.
Here is one of the answers:
Why doesn't GCC make its documentation in .info format available on its website, while almost all other software projects from GNU (see http://www.gnu.org/software/gawk/manual/ for example), do?
No particular reason. There has never been much call for it. Most people install GCC from a distributor or build it themselves, and either way they get the .info files. If there is a good use case for this, please feel free to send a patch or open a feature request at http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/ .
