[gNewSense-users] Can't install tkman

In Parkes, trying to installing the `tkman` package gives this output:

    # apt-get install tkman

    requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable

    or been moved out of Incoming.

     tkman : Depends: rman (>= 3.2-1) but it is not installable
    E: Broken packages

tkman depends on rman, but there isn't a package for it in the
repositories.
