    Correctly encode GN_GSM_NUMBER_Alphanumeric for SMS but accept it only for 
--savesms
    
    Check remote number for validity in sendsms() and savesms() from 
gnokii/gnokii.c
    Check for maximum number length in sms_prepare() from common/gsm-sms.c
    Handle GN_GSM_NUMBER_Alphanumeric in char_semi_octet_pack() from 
common/gsm-encoding.c
