gnokii jpilot import format

Hi all,
I'm trying to copy some of my friends'es addresses (about 150 items)
from jpilot to my nokia 6210.
Is there anybody, who has such experience and is willing to give me
advise/example or help me to understand the format of the source file to
be imported to gnokii?

(e.g. of an item that I can't understand yet:
"phonenumber;9911;A;1;5;0;9911;")
