[MacOS X] gnokii 0.5.0pre11

Hi,

two issues:

1. autogen with --enable-debug fails for some reason see attachments

2. since I was not able to enable debug this is an output without debug
(I use an USB to serial adapter, Apple does not build Macs with serial 
ports anymore)
