FAQ links broken

Hi,

for the release you may want to update the FAQ on the website.

Of the four links for the protocol question, the first one is broken
(couldn't find the page anywhere), the second one works, the link to
Marcin Wiacek's page is outdated (should be http://www.mwiacek.com)
and the last one is again dead.

You could add a link to the Docs/protocol directory e.g. to the
ViewCVS interface at savannah.gnu.org, because that's about the only
source of useful information on the protocol except for the driver
source code and a few odd web pages that still exist.
