win32 & correct gnokiirc configuration

Hey,

I just got the gnokii source and compiled it with MSVC 6 with no problems.  
Does anyone have any good win32 examples of the "_gnokiirc" file?  I have 
the default gnokiirc in my home directory now, with the following 
exceptions:

The gnokii.exe will run but error out with

"Initialization failed (14)
Telephone interface init failed:  Device not ready.
Quitting."

I'm running winXP and I have a Nokia 5160i.  I am using a very generic 
RS-232 data cable.  Not sure whether cable is DAU-9P or DLR3.  The 
proprietary Nokia Phonebook Duplicator seems to work well though.  Not sure 
what to assign the bindir variable in gnokiirc to.  Examples *greatly* 
appreciated.  Below I have attached the actual output of gnokii.exe from a
