CVS is back online

Hi,

I'd like to announce that our CVS service at savannah is back on-line. It 
means that there's already a really current version in there with all recent 
fixes.

Savannah staff changed the policy for providing anonymous cvs access, see more 
detailes at https://savannah.gnu.org/forum/forum.php?forum_id=2752
or in current gnokii README. www.gnokii.org was also updated to reflect these 
changes.
