Me too.  About 7 pm, Sept 10 Japan time (UTC+9).

"Perl" is a four-letter word for good reason.

You will find that if you try to resubmit the same registration page,
you will be told that your WikiName already exists.  If you click on
the "not yet created" question mark by the WikiName, you will be able
to edit your Arch.Main.$YOUR_NAME page (use
http://gnuarch.org/bin/view/Main/YourWikiName to check after
submitting changes), but you won't be registered on
Arch.Main.ArchUsers.
