Ok, so you need a read write archive in two locations: kai and chloe.

No, because in the global namespace the readwrite archive on kai, and on
chloe are logically different: address@hidden and
address@hidden

You can easily have two mirrors on your website, one for the archive
from kai, and one for the archive from chloe. I'd suggest though, that
pqm is a good strategy, merge everything to kai, and have kai auto
mirror it to the web. Then folk only need to be aware of the kai based
archive, and you can starmerge down to chloe from the public mirror
during those three months ..
