[Gnu-arch-users] problem creating archive mirror |

I'm trying to set up a mirror and am getting strange errors:
bsdboy:~ 581> tla make-archive -l -m address@hidden
/home/web/arch/projects/unable to create directory
"/home/web/arch/projects/" (File exists)PANIC: I/O error
That's if the directory exists, which makes sense. However, if I
rmdir the projects dir:
bsdboy:~ 584> tla make-archive -l -m address@hidden
/home/web/arch/projects/unable to create directory
"/home/web/arch/projects/" (No such file or directory)
This is NetBSD 1.6. Making a normal archive works fine.
Has anyone else seen this type of behavior?
