some thoughts:
- have the archive registry available as arch-repository itself.
- use pqm to request additions (public merges for known (by signature) people).
- store more metainfo: revisions, comments .. and comments about which one is a
base project and which configs need to be executed for what result (maybe
hierachical organization instead flat file?)
- join all such efforts to make a true distributed archive registry which
becomes de-facto standard.
